Traveling with your extended family or a large group of friends? Town House Lodge is the perfect place for everyone to stay (including the fur-babies!). We have several room options to accommodate a variety of needs, and we offer loads of extras like our seasonal outdoor pool, yard games, outdoor cooking and seating areas, plus our large and well-stocked communal kitchen for DIY family meals. With our close proximity to the lakes and downtown, everyone can find something fun to do!
Town House Lodge does not offer any indoor event rooms, but for large events our outdoor space provides a lovely mountain setting. In addition, we can accommodate your guests for an off-site wedding at one of Lake Placid’s celebrated venues, and we offer curated romantic packages that make your stay that much more relaxing, intimate, and memorable.
While Town House Lodge cannot provide indoor conference rooms or large event spaces, our outdoor areas are perfect for team-building activities, and our close proximity to Lake Placid’s many venues make us an excellent option to house your entire crew. Reinforce your day of growth and connection with a DIY meal in our well-stocked communal kitchen, then enjoy an evening of casual conversation around our firepit!
We can hold blocks of rooms with a deposit equal to one night’s stay for each room. Other terms and conditions are available upon request, such as our refund policy and other relevant policies.
When rooms are being held as a block for a group, guests will need to call in to make reservations, as blocking the rooms makes them unavailable online. When you set aside a block of rooms we can work with you if you wish for specific rooms to be held for specific people, or to simply release them to anyone who calls in for your group. If guests are to pay for their stay on their own they will need to call us with a valid credit card prior to the 90-day cancellation date in order to transfer charges.
We require a minimum of 2-night stays for Friday & Saturday night stays from May 1 - October 31 and holidays.
We are happy to work with you to make sure guests receive welcome gifts, directions, or anything else you may want us to distribute, including third-party shuttle services for any part of your event that is not on location.
