One night deposit will be taken at time of booking for all standard reservations. Advance purchase and other promotional discounted rates may require payment in full at time of booking.
Remaining anticipated room + tax balances are due 24 hours prior to arrival, and your credit/debit card will be automatically authorized for this amount at that time.
Based on your specific travel dates, the cancellation & modification policy is either 5 or 10 days prior to arrival. Group reservation cancellation & modification policy is 60 days prior to arrival.
Our standard cancellation policy is 5 days prior to arrival. Reservations with travel dates during peak season and certain holiday periods are subject to a 10-day cancellation policy. Reservations that are canceled within this period will forfeit their deposit. Reservation modifications are subject to the same cancellation policies and penalties.
Any reservation canceled 72 hours or more after time of booking is subject to a $25 + tax administrative fee.
Advance Purchase and other promotional discounted rates may be non-refundable after the reservation has been booked.
No-show reservations will forfeit their first night deposit plus taxes. Payment will also be collected for the remaining balance for the total number of room nights reserved, less applicable taxes.

We are a Pet Friendly establishment and invite you to bring them along please call the property direct (518) 523-2532 and ask about the pet cleaning fee given adherence with the following guidelines:
All pets will be leashed while on the hotel grounds
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets
Pets are not allowed in the Pool Area (when open)
Pets are not to be left unattended and alone in the rooms.
If an emergency arises wherein you must, the guest shall notify the front desk
If there is additional damage to the room, you will be charged a pet damage fee.
The noise of the pet must be monitored by the guest. Any complaints could result in the charging of the card and/or the guest will be asked to kennel their pet or leave the property.
